Returns & Refunds

If you're not completely satisfied with your order, please reach out to us. At Glo Shower Heads, your satisfaction is our priority, and we're happy to help resolve any issues with your purchase.

How do I return all or part of my order?

You have 30 days from the date of receipt to return your product. Once we receive the returned item, we'll process your refund within 5 days. Please note that we are unable to cover the cost of return shipping.

Here's how the return process works:

  1. Email us to let us know you'd like to return your order or part of it.
  2. Our customer service team will confirm whether the return can be accepted and provide you with a return address. Please note this may differ from our main address.
  3. Once confirmed, securely pack the item in its original packaging.
  4. Ship the package to the return address provided by our team.
  5. Send us the tracking number so we can monitor the return.
  6. Once we receive and inspect the package (within 3 days of arrival), we'll refund you via your original payment method.

Please note that the following items are not eligible for return: pre-ordered products, and sale items (which may be exchanged for another item of equal or lesser value, or store credit).

Received a damaged or defective item?

If your order arrived damaged or defective, please contact us within 30 days of receiving it. Send us an email with a clear photo of the damaged area, ideally taken on a flat surface where the label and defect are both visible.

For defective items, we'll send a free replacement on the first occurrence. If the same defect happens a second time, we'll issue a full refund.

Can I return a product without contacting you first?

No — please get in touch before sending anything back, as the return address may differ from our order fulfillment address.

What if I dispute a charge?

If a payment dispute is filed, all return and warranty claims associated with that order will be voided. We strongly encourage you to contact us directly first — we're committed to resolving any issue quickly and fairly.
